Sewer Back Up

Update. SR Comments update: I came out to 1531 Wylds Rd to check a SBU issue that was called in. When I arrived I checked the upstream and downstream manholes and found no issues with either. The home has a 4 CO on the property side only, that was open. The homeowner stated that she is hanging a issue with the toilets in the home, I advised her to have a plumber to come out to inspect her lines on the property due to this being a property side issue.
