Description
12th St @ Ellis and 11th St @ Ellis. The crosswalks on all sides confuse some drivers into thinking these are 3 way stops could use signage to make intersection less ambiguous (warning under Ellis street stop signs that cross traffic does not stop, stop for pedestrian signs on 11th & 12th streets) .. or just make them 3way stops ??
