Update. SR Comments update: Got to this address and water is actually going above here at 3514. We checked the meter where water is coming up good and is spinning. We tried to notify the house that we needed to turn this off due to the severity of the leak and nobody was home. I did get in contact with a neighbor and the will let them know of our findings.

Update. SR Comments update: Response from Animal Services, Hello, Animal Services received donated dog kibble we can share with you. You mentioned the German Shepherd. What is the breed of the other dog so I can determine the size of the kibble needed? We do not have specialized food to meet dietary restrictions/needs, but I hope the food we can give you will be helpful. Once I have the breed of the 2nd dog, I can let you know when we can deliver the food.
