I made contact with the resident of 3803 HIGHPOINTE Dr. A Gray Martian he told me that he does feed the cats and is trying to find homes for them. At this time he is not in any programs to get the cats picked up and fit. I onfrom him that he can get a trap from the sheltor. Ord will can place him on the cat trap lits. He states that he feed the cats because he was homeless at one poiny=t in his life and had no one that he could ask for help.He was given a verbal warning about the cats.He said he will call and come by the sheltor to get a trap.///Ofc. Mrs Napier stated that her neighbor's at 2449 Leslie Cir dog are always roaming and the dogs were out again early this morning. I then proceed to make contact with the owner's of the dogs at 2449. I was not able to make contact, a notice was left behind to contact AAS (ANIMAL SERVICES).//DAVIS M26-096223.

Update. SR Comments update: Been at this location before and I did verify again this is ground water. I notified near by place that it was. Some dirt has pushed out causing a miner hole in grass. I put a cone on it and will come back when it dries up to put backfill in.
