Update. SR Comments update: I responded to 2360 Winston Way on 081726 in reference to dumping. On arrival, I observed that the 2360, 62, 64, 66 are vacant and partially burned. I did not observe any large items dumped at this location. Photos added.

Update. SR Comments update: Came out to listed address to investigate a possible sewer issue. I checked upstream & downstream man holes. Both were open & running. Customer has two 4 inch clean outs up near property & both were open. Customer stated she smelled sewer & i did smell a oder coming from the clean out. I will bring back a cap.
