SR Comments update: Regarding the reported sinkhole at 2226 Pleasant Home Dr (SR# 574924), I previously inspected this site on January 31, 2025.During that inspection, I tested the GM and found no issues. However, a dye test on the storm pipe running through the property yielded positive results, confirming that the pipe is causing the cave-in.All relevant details and photographs can be found under SR# 574924. This matter was officially turned over to AED on February 3, 2025.
