Update. SR Comments update: Arrived at 2427 Yates dr for sewer, backup all mains up and running. Customer did not have a clean out on the property. Customer also had plumber on site. He claims that the problem is on the city side. I advise him to dig to the point of tie in, and we will install a clean out. This will be a property side issue.

UPDATE. SR Comments update: I came out to 2102 Oak Leaf Way to check a manhole issue. When I arrived, I did not find an issue with the storm or sewer manholes near the home. I did find the meter for the home with a leak on the property side 5 behind the meter. I offered to shut the water off for the homeowner but she declined. This will be a property side water leak.

Update. SR Comments update: Bump stop has been installed and the overhead door can not get stuck on either side now. This was installed today.

Update. SR Comments update: Arrived at 1606 Apple Valley dr for sewer back up all mains up and running. Customer had a 4 co in front of the property that wasnt holding. I spoke with customer. She stated that shes having problems in her home. I advised her to contact a plumber. This will be a property side issue.

Update. SR Comments update: Fiber optic installation is currently underway by T-Mobile. The issue will be addressed by the Engineering ROW Division.

Update. SR Comments update: Spoke with Candace Miller and advised AUD is sending out a plumber to see if there is anything we can do. At her request I sent email to Kelsey Henderson and Wes Byne to have plumber give her a call when they are coming out so she can be there. I gave them her cell number.I also advised her that I was closing claim on my end since I had turned it over to AUD. Claim Closed.

Update. SR Comments update: Made contact with owner who advised that she would have the vehicle removed today 08/20/26.
