Over priced parking lot are they registered with the city? Park Thrive vendor gives vacant property owners the signs for free for a cut of the profits but are they paying their business license fees???????? If they don’t even pay for the signs you really think they are going thru the proper steps with the city

12th St @ Ellis and 11th St @ Ellis. The crosswalks on all sides confuse some drivers into thinking these are 3 way stops could use signage to make intersection less ambiguous (warning under Ellis street stop signs that cross traffic does not stop, stop for pedestrian signs on 11th & 12th streets) .. or just make them 3way stops ??
