    NONE. SR Comments update: Arrived at the job site. Investigated the Manhole in question and discovered the Manhole lid is installed with a Barrel over it. There is already a work order for this Manhole Ring to be replaced. This concludes my investigation.

    Subject: Hazardous Road Condition at 11–12 Curry St. Augusta, GA. 30904 (Photos Attached) Hello, this is Shannon Lawson. There is a dangerous pothole or possible sinkhole between 11 and 12 Curry St. I drove over it recently and have seen several other cars hit it as well. It’s hard to see and could cave in with traffic. Could you please place barricades or cones around it and let me know when repairs will begin? I’ve attached two photos.     NONE. SR Comments update: Performed a Smoke test on GM-114690, to determine if the sinkhole in question is being cause by an issue with the collection system. Once the smoke test started, smoke began to ascend from the sinkhole in question.Comment by RyNeal C.
