Update. SR Comments update: I came out to 3621 Rolling Meadows Dr to check a SBU issue. When I arrived I found this home has a 4 CO on the property side and a 4 CO in the ROW. The property side was clear and the 4 at the curb was holding. After a failed attempt to clear the blockage with a blow bag, #54 was called out and cleared the blockage with the vac truck. A work order has been created to inspect the lateral.

Update. SR Comments update: Main is open and running map says that property has a 6 clean out but I wasnt able to find clean out. Performing a curtesy to give customer relief.

Update. SR Comments update: I responded to this address to investigate a reported water leak. Upon arrival, I observed contractors in the yard performing a jack-and-bore operation. I investigated the area and located the water leak. I then knocked on the door and spoke with the homeowner to determine what had occurred. The homeowner stated that the contractors had caused the leak.I spoke with the contractor, who showed me a video of him digging with a shovel when water began coming up from the ground. Based on what I observed, I do not believe the contractor caused the leak; it appears that the excavation may have exposed or disturbed an existing issue by loosening the soil.I explained to the homeowner that the leak is located on the property side and is not the responsibility of the City. The homeowner was advised to contact the company performing the work to address the issue and determine how they would proceed.
