STARKS WAS ADVISED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND NOT TO RETURN MULTIPLE TIMES. STARKS WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING PROHIBITED. STARKS WAS TRANSPORTED TO RCJ AND BOOKED INTO THE JAIL. CASE CLOSED.
