Manhole Issue

NONE. SR Comments update: Came out to check a missing manhole lid. Upon arrival I found a manhole ring and cover that was somehow pushed over from the manhole. The concrete was busted up and some was in the manhole. I removed the pieces from inside the manhole and I was able to slide the manhole ring and cover back on top of the manhole with my MH hook. I will be making a work order for it to be repaired.
