- Recently underground cable was laid in our neighborhood and the workers left this thing in my yard in pieces. It’s some sort of electrical or cable protection? I don’t know what organization owns it and who can fix it.

NONE. SR Comments update: Spoke with Ms. Williams advised this was not a ARC cable. it would have to be electrical or internet. But we would not have any information on that. She said she would post on her neighborhood facebook page. Claim Closed.
