UPDATE. SR Comments update: NOTE8/17/2026 10:52:55 AM by CD2290008/17/26 10:48 I, Officer Davis make contact with the caller Mrs Kelly Napier. Mrs Napier stated that her neighbor's at 2449 Leslie Cir dog are always roaming and the dogs were out again early this morning. I then proceed to make contact with the owner's of the dogs at 2449. I was not able to make contact, a notice was left behind to contact AAS (ANIMAL SERVICES).//DAVIS M26-096223.

Description
Aggressive dogs loose at 2449 Leslie Circle. Little on came at me, and was pepper sprayed. This is not the first time.
