I made contact with the resident of 3803 HIGHPOINTE Dr. A Gray Martian he told me that he does feed the cats and is trying to find homes for them. At this time he is not in any programs to get the cats picked up and fit. I onfrom him that he can get a trap from the sheltor. Ord will can place him on the cat trap lits. He states that he feed the cats because he was homeless at one poiny=t in his life and had no one that he could ask for help.He was given a verbal warning about the cats.He said he will call and come by the sheltor to get a trap.///Ofc.
