Description: They refuse to maintain lawn. And, whenever they do mow, they only half cut the front so the back is getting taller and taller - see pictures and get a good look at how bad it is. A pond is in our backyard so this is very scary and dangerous. We have children who plays outside. This issue has been reported over and over to the city but nothing is being done. The person who is over this seems to not care so can you please route this request to someone else because this is ridiculous.
