Animal Confined

Update. SR Comments update: NOTE8/18/2026 5:03:20 PM by JR2138508/18/26 16:57 Officer Dowdy and I, officer Rohde, arrived to 2523 Corbin Pl in response to a complaint for a kennel that was not cleaning feces and barking complaint as well as an extremely large amount of dogs. Upon arrival we saw seven kennels in the rear of the property, all of which were elevated and had adequate shelter for the ones with dogs in them. There were four dogs in the kennels and one dog loose in the backyard. We saw no violations at all in either feces removal and the dogs only barked when we went to the gate. We attempted to make contact but got no response at the door and Officer Dowdy cleared the scene. While I was going to leave the resident, Shannon Murphy, arrived home. I made contact with her and she stated that the dogs were all hers and she did not operate a kennel at all. She said the dogs were all vaccinated by Dr Jeffcoat. I told her to make sure the papers were all together in case we needed to see them and cleared the scene. I returned to my truck and called the complainant and let him know what we had found. //ROHDE M26-096276.
