Manhole Issue

UPDATE. SR Comments update: I came out to the intersection of Windsor Ct @ Walton Way to check a MH issue. When I arrived, I found that MH-110782 is uneven and is the cause of the sound the homeowner is calling about. This intersection was repaired by contractors and that MH is still under warranty. AED will be getting with the contractors and will have them to come back out and adjust the manhole.
