General Information
Property maintenance request: Heavy forestry and tree overgrowth in the public alley/right-of-way located directly between the rear property lines of 1542 Twelfth Street and 1121 Sharpes Lane. This vegetation is growing out of control and needs to be cleared out before it becomes too large and creates a hazard. The City of Augusta has cleared this exact space out before. Please dispatch a crew to inspect and clear the overgrowth. Thank you.

Home has been condemned months ago. I was under the impression that a property that has been condemned by the city has ninety days to either start repairs or demolish a structure or it would be be put out for bid to demo at the owners expense. Can someone please explain what is going on.

SR Comments update: Return to 2512 Weldon dr for sinkhole/cave in spoke with customer she stated that her daughter called in the sink hole, but it was the wrong address. 3306 Burton dr will be the correct address. I made a smoke work order because the sink hole is near a sewer manhole, and also well be putting out a barrel and caution tape for safety.
