Vacant, burned out house, overgrown and unkept yard, homeless activity. This house has sat in an unkept manner for several years now, it was purchased by someone in April of 2026 and I had hoped someone would finally do something about it. It is an eyesore and is bringing property values down on our nice street. 1009 Bluebird Road, Augusta Georgia 30904.

I have created multiple work orders to investigate the area to determine whats causing the sinkage.
